When not engaged in aggressively representing the criminally accused and selected civil matters, Joe Saienni, Brooke Jolley and Courtney Mayer remain active in the community and engaged in a multitude of other business and recreational endeavors.

Joe Saienni, having been a pilot since 1979, is a Federal Aviation Administration Certified Flight Instructor.  He routinely has several students in flight instruction programs ranging from private pilot through commercial pilot.  He also instructs recreational sport pilot courses and prepares flight students for their instrument rating.   He is an expert in the new technically advanced aircraft concept incorporating the Garmin 1000 glass cockpit and trains his flight students in this cutting edge, 21st century flight technology.

He, Brooke and Courtney are all avid Scuba Divers and Mr. Saienni is a PADI (Professional Association of Dive Instructors) IDC Staff Instructor and Brooke is a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor.  Joe and Brooke have jointly formed, Blue Horizon Scuba, LLC., and together they teach several classes each year including open water divers and a variety of scuba diving specialties including deep diving, dry suit diving, advanced underwater navigation, wreck diving, etc.  Travel is a large part of the Scuba diving industry and Joe and Brooke organize exotic diving trips to locations like San Carlos, MX, Cozumel, Costa Rica, Fiji and the Phillipines.  just as they are a team in the law firm, Joe and Brooke function as a team with Blue Horizon Scuba in preparing students and escorting them on their first exciting ocean dive adventures.

As a corollary to the scuba diving activities Joe and Brooke are also first Aid/CPR/ Emergency First Response Instructors through both PADI and DAN (Divers Alert Network).  They teach CPR and First Aid for Hazardous Marine Life injuries and On-site Neurological Assessment.  Joe is also a DAN Diving Emergency Specialist.

Joe is also a motorcycle enthusiast and has been seen on his One Hundredth Anniversary Heritage Classic Harley Davidson Motorcycle each quarter in the Biker Information Guide where he regularly contributes articles addressing concerns of bikers and motorists in general primarily in the areas of defending DUIs and accident/injury law.  

With the program coordination, production and preparation assistance of Courtney and Brooke, Joe regularly teaches continuing legal education seminars primarily in the areas of ethics and criminal law.  He is a regular contributor to the Biker Information Guide with articles on confronting DUI charges and speak and teaches at DUI defense seminars.
